Confidence is inextricably related to personal circumstances and to physical appearance.  Few interventions improve dignity, confidence, and motivation  more dramatically or visibly than a well planned and executed cosmetic procedure.

Visible scars from burns, trauma, and/or other past abuse are painful reminders that last forever and may prevent assumption of a stronger independent identity.... unless they are repaired, reconstructed, removed, and the area restored toward normality.
